A 1:1 session focuses on your unique journey and desires and builds the foundation for our work together.

During this session, we will

  • Dive into your journey and what brought you here

  • Identify your goals, dreams and desires

  • Explore where you’re feeling stuck

  • Demo the breathwork & guide you through a full breathwork session

  • Create next steps for integration into your daily life and routine

  • Session Length: 90 Minutes

1:1 Sessions can happen in my breathwork studio in Ashland, or virtually over Zoom

Should I book an Individual Session or a Package of Sessions?

Why a package?

  • Breathwork moves energy and creates changes from the inside out. A series of sessions creates momentum for you to anchor into your body’s truth then actualize this in your daily life.

  • 3 or 6-Session Packages are available and are discounted from the individual session price.

Why an Individual Session?

  • New to breathwork? This is a great place to start and get a feel for this powerful practice.

  • An individual session can offer maintenance and check-ins after completing a series of sessions.
