  • A group of friends desiring to breathe together

  • A studio or healing circle seeking a breathwork facilitator to guide a group session - or collaborate on one together!

  • A group of colleagues wanting to bring harmony and connection into their workspace

  • Couples or family members ready to connect more deeply with one another

Customized Groups may last 75-90 minutes, which includes orientation, breathwork, meditation, and time to integrate together after. Cost is determined on group size, and travel expenses may apply.
