Breath Keeper for Kids

Conscious breathing and emotional regulation isn’t just for adults! As a Pediatric OT of 16 years, I’ve seen the significant need (and importance) of teaching children about their emotional and regulatory states. Children feel empowered when understanding their feelings, their body’s “engine,” along with tools and practices they can use each day. Children are supposed to be full of emotions and feelings - that’s how they experience the world, but we can help them feel more organized and in control while doing so. Breezy Me 1:1 Series was created to support children in feeling, recognizing and flowing like the breeze with their changing states.

Breezy Me 1:1 Series includes:

8 individual sessions

50-minute treatment sessions

10-15 minutes post-session discussion with caregiver

60 minutes of phone or Zoom consultation per series

With parents, caregivers or other professionals to ensure we can address questions and concerns as they arise, across contexts

Can be separated into shorter phone or Zoom calls (i.e. 30 minutes, 2 times)
