Breathwork is an active meditation.
It allows your mind to take a break or “back seat” for a short duration so that your body can feel, heal, and release.
Our minds often try to stay in front of our emotions. The mind will do anything to keep us safe and avoid discomfort, overriding our body’s innate desire to feel and process necessary emotions. We are taught to “think smarter,” but if we remove thought, we can feel and experience our intuitive and energetic senses.
