A one-on-one session is a great place to begin. This can happen in Laura's breathwork studio, or virtually over Zoom. We will spend time discussing what’s on your heart, complete a 30-minute breathing session, followed by a meditative, resting period. Time will be left to discuss your experience together. Individual sessions are 75 minutes in length.

Private, on-site sessions provide an opportunity to bring breathwork to your community, group of friends, colleagues, events, or healing circles. I will come to your space to guide a breathwork circle. Reach out below to connect with me to discuss logistics and collaborate on this unique offering.

Collective Breath group sessions are held virtually or in a community-based studio. Breathing collectively offers a beautiful and expansive experience. All levels are welcome. Various themes will be explored within group.
